I've been dealing with a really painful situation for the last couple of months. There are these small cuts on the top of my penis head that just won't heal properly. They get sticky, and it's getting harder to pull the skin back when I pee. Even when they seem to heal after about two or three days, they just reopen when the skin stretches. What should I do? I really need some advice and medication to fix this.

I'm hoping to get some advice on using erytop cream for my acne. Should I be applying it in the morning or at night? Also, I'm 22 and just a bit concerned about any side effects if I use it for a long time. What's your take on that?

For acne treatment with Erytop cream, it is usually recommended to apply it at night before bedtime. Cleanse your face before applying a thin layer of Erytop cream on the affected areas. As for long term use, Erytop cream may cause side effects such as dryness, redness, peeling, or irritation of the skin. It is important to use a good moisturizer and sunscreen during the day while using Erytop cream to minimize these side effects.

I'm seeing these black lines on both sides of my index fingernail and I just noticed them two days ago. Its worrying me a bit. I've been taking Amlopres AT 25 mg for my blood pressure for the past 6 years. Could this medication be related to what's happening with my nail? Or is there something else I should be concerned about?

The black lines on your nails could be due to a condition called splinter hemorrhages, which are tiny areas of bleeding under the nails. In your case, it may be related to the long-term use of Amlopres At (Amlodipine) for your blood pressure. I recommend consulting with a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and discuss appropriate treatment options. In the meantime, you can continue taking your Amlopres At as prescribed.
