I'm experiencing some issues with my breathing. When I'm lying down, it's really hard to breathe and my chest feels tight. But as soon as I get up, it almost goes back to normal. I'm also having a weird cough that feels really dense and kind of stringy. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

View allI've been trying so hard to quit smoking and just decided to finally kick the habit. I stumbled onto something online about lung wash procedures that apparently help clear out the tar in the lungs from smoking. Does anyone know where I can get a regular lung wash done in Gurgaon? I'm really curious if this could help me breathe better.

I'm a bit worried about my recent x-ray results. It says there's a horizontal fissure and small granulomas in the left mid-zone. I had a cough last year, and I'm wondering if this is something serious. Should I be concerned or consider getting treatment?

I'm curious if pleurisy or pulmonary effusion could be causing me pain in my calf muscles. About three years ago, I was treated for pulmonary effusion, and since then, I've had a slight pain when breathing. But now I've also got this calf muscle pain. Could these be connected? What should I do about it?
