I'm a bit worried because my oxygen levels keep changing. Earlier, when I checked about half an hour ago, the readings were 97 for both my left and right fingers. But now, I just checked again, and I got 82 on my left finger and 89 on my right. Can you help me understand why this might be happening?

I'm dealing with this issue for the past few days and it's got me a bit worried. I'm allergic and under treatment from my pulmonologist. I take montoluekast tablets and use an inhaler three times a day. Lately, though, I've been experiencing this odd sensation where my breathing feels heavy, or like I can't completely exhale. It only lasts about 10 to 15 minutes and then it's gone. I can do all my activities like walking briskly for half an hour and jogging in the morning. I also do pranayam breathing exercises almost every day. Do you think I should get tested for something specific? Could there be an issue with my lungs?
it might be due to your anxiety
