I'm a bit worried because my oxygen levels keep changing. Earlier, when I checked about half an hour ago, the readings were 97 for both my left and right fingers. But now, I just checked again, and I got 82 on my left finger and 89 on my right. Can you help me understand why this might be happening?

View allI'm a 50-year-old mom of two and I've been struggling with this unbearable coughing. It's like I can't stop until I cough up the phlegm, which is really painful. My doctor gave me some medicine and suggested using a nebulizer, but honestly, I'm not satisfied and just want to understand what's really wrong. Can you help me figure out what might be causing this?

I'm feeling a bit unsure about my diagnosis and the treatment I've been prescribed. I've been told I have ILD and IPF, specifically idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis Stage I, and my doctor has suggested taking Acetylcysteine 600 mg effervescent tablets for the IPF. Do you think this is the right approach? Could it really help with the phlegm I'm experiencing in my nose and throat? Just wanting to make sure I'm on the right track here.
