I'm curious if having normal oxygen levels in the blood automatically means that the oxygen levels in the lungs are also okay. Like, if the blood's oxygen rate is good, should I assume everything's fine with the lungs too, or is that not always the case?

View allI'm really concerned about my husband. He had COVID back in September 2021, and ever since we're worried about his lungs. He's been taking medication for pulmonary lung fibrosis for the last four months. I'm attaching his recent CT scan of his lungs. Can you tell if there's been any improvement? And how much longer might it take for him to fully recover?

I've had this cough with mucus for almost a month now, and it's really starting to worry me. The doctors say it's allergic bronchitis, and my x-ray showed something, but even with the medication, I feel like I'm only getting partial relief. I still hear this wheezing sound in my chest that makes it hard to breathe. They just prescribed me an inhaler, Seroflo 250, for emergencies, but I'm not really satisfied with how things are going, especially since its been dragging on for so long. Plus, after taking Augmentin, I feel a kind of stabbing pain in the middle of my right lung and a slight pain in my right kidneynot too bad, but its there. They suggested checking for COVID, but when I called the helpline, they said I didnt have the symptoms. I'm honestly super confused about what to do next. Im willing to continue treatment but just need some answers about what's really going on. What should be my next steps?
Patient is advised sputum for AFB and microscopy.

My dad has been Covid positive for about three weeks now, and he only had mild symptoms so far. But his recent X-ray shows a small pneumonic patch in the right mid and both lower zones. The doctor is suggesting a three-day injection course. Does this sound serious given his Covid status? His oxygen levels are still normal, so Im wondering if there's a specific treatment we should consider.
the medication given by doctor is sufficient.
