I'm experiencing some pain and swelling right in front of my tragus, kind of towards my face. I've tried using an ear wax and infection solution, but it's not helping. Also, I'm having these small feverish spells. What could this be, and what should I do?

I've been dealing with sinusitis for years and had a septoplasty back in 2014 for a deviated septum, but I still get frequent sinus headaches and occasional nose blocks.
