I've been experiencing some swelling and pain in the right side of my neck for about a month now. I got an FNAC test done, but I'm struggling to understand the results. Could you help me figure out what's going on with my lymph node? I'm getting a bit worried.

View allMy daughter needs adenoid and tonsil surgery but I'm confused about the coblation machine. Is it always necessary for these procedures? Also can you suggest hospitals in Bangalore that do this surgery without coblation since our insurance doesn't cover it and the extra cost is quite high - around 9k to 18k in Koramangala hospitals
Coblation surgery for adenoids and tonsils is not always necessary. While it offers benefits like less pain and bleeding, it's not essential for all procedures. You can find hospitals in Bangalore that perform traditional adenoid and tonsil removal without coblation, especially since your insurance doesn't cover it and you're looking to minimize costs

There's this recurring swelling under my jaw, on the left side, that's been really worrying me. It seems to get hard and painful as it grows. Whenever I take antibiotics, the swelling decreases but never fully goes away, and it pops back up, especially after I eat non-veg food. Could this be something serious? What should I do about it?
