I've been experiencing some swelling and pain in the right side of my neck for about a month now. I got an FNAC test done, but I'm struggling to understand the results. Could you help me figure out what's going on with my lymph node? I'm getting a bit worried.

View allI've got blood coming from my nose and mouth, and I haven't been sleeping well. My body feels really hot, but I don't have a fever. I'm really concerned and can't figure out what's going on. Can you please help me understand what's happening?
WHEN BLOOD COMES FROM NOSE TILT YOUR HEAD BACKWARDS N LOT OF COLD WATER IS TO BE SPEEL AFTER FEW MINUTES BLOOD STOP FROM NOSE. BUT SOME BLOOD TICKELS TO THROAT WHICH COMES BY MOUTH. NOTHING ELSE. TAB CIPLAR 40 HALF AT NIGHT FOR TEN DAYS

I'm really concerned about my 5-year-old. He's been snoring a lot, and every time the weather changes even a little, he gets a cold, cough, and sometimes a fever. One doctor mentioned something about getting an X-ray to check for an adenoid issue, and now an ENT specialist is suggesting surgery. I'm worried about going through with surgery at such a young age. Do you think it's the right move? And if we do decide on surgery, which hospital would you recommend for something like this?

I've been having this weird pain near the left side of my Adam's apple for about 2 months now. It's really noticeable when I press on it or when I cough. I've already seen three ENT specialists who all gave me antibiotics, but they seemed to make it worse. Recently, another doctor gave me these tabletslevocetirizine, ambroxol, and montelukastand they help, but the pain comes back as soon as I stop taking them. I'm starting to get really worried and just don't know what to do at this point. Any advice on what this might be or what steps I should take next?
