I'm experiencing some serious issues with my skin whenever I eat chicken, oily foods, milk products, and sweets. Lately, it's been getting worse, and I'm dealing with really large boils, often multiple at a time that are filled with pus. I used to take Minoz OD tablets before because a dermatologist recommended them, but I'm hoping to find something more affordable. Can you suggest any cheaper medicines that might help?

My wife has molluscum contagiosum with around 30-40 bumps on her chin. The dermatologist first recommended a 2-week zinc tablet course, but it didn't help. Now they're suggesting surgical removal. We're hesitant about surgery is there any other treatment option that might work, or is surgery the best way to go? They mentioned removing each bump and applying medication, but we're worried about scarring or side effects.
A dermat opinion is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with multiple sebaceous cysts on my scrotum that cause a lot of itching and discomfort. Is there any way to treat them without surgery? If so, what options do I have for managing this?
Sebaceous cysts on scrotum need hygiene and topical antibiotics; if recurrent or infected, minor surgical excision is definitive.
