I'm experiencing some shortness of breath, and even though my ECG, blood pressure, and lung tests all came back normal, I'm still worried. Could there be an issue that's not showing up in these reports? What could be causing this problem?

I've recently had a blood test, and it shows my eosinophil counts are higher than normal. I've also been having some breathing issues while I'm asleep, with a wheezing sound whenever I breathe in or out. Can you suggest what steps I should take next? Is there anything I can adjust in my diet to help bring my eosinophil counts back to normal levels?

It sounds like your high eosinophil count may be related to an allergic reaction or respiratory issue like asthma. I recommend following up with your doctor for further evaluation and possibly allergy testing. In the meantime, avoid allergens, and include anti-inflammatory foods like omega-3-rich fish, fruits, and vegetables in your diet.
