I'm experiencing some stiffness in my lower back and there's pain that's running through my right leg. Occasionally, my right leg even feels numb. There are also weird sensations in my lower back. I've already done an X-ray and MRI, which showed that there's a disc bulge and the disc is compressed. What do you think might be going on, and what should I do next?

What could have caused this, and what are the potential effects or treatments? I just need some clarity on what I should expect or do next.
