I'm really worried about my mom. She's got sciatica, and the pain was just unbearable this morning, so she went to see a doctor. He gave her Pregabalin and Mecobalamin capsules to take. I totally get that the doctor knows his stuff, but I'm just a bit concerned since she also has high blood pressure. Are these capsules safe for her to take? I'd really appreciate any advice or reassurance.

I'm really worried because the right side is paralyzed, and we found out there's a clot in the left part of the brain from an MRI. They mentioned there's a blocked artery to the left brain.
