Why is my fever and cough getting worse after taking Akt4 for 13 days? My weight is 77 kg, and my CECT report shows multiple small necrotic mediastinal and left hilar nodes due to Koch's. The FNAC report says MTB DNA is detected, and the Gene Xpert report couldn't determine Rifampicin susceptibility because there was very low MTB DNA. Is this normal? I'm really worried.
