I'm really worried about my brother. We're from Pakistan and he's been diagnosed with acute lung fibrosis. Even the doctors at Sheikh Zayed Hospital can't figure out the cause. We've done all kinds of tests at the top hospitals here, but we're still in the dark. I'm wondering if there's any way to send his samples to one of the best lung and pulmonary hospitals in India for further testing? What do you think would be the best course of action?

I'm a bit worried. I recently had a plain CT scan of my chest at Apollo Hospital in Chennai and it came back with some concerns. When I went for a medical check-up for Kuwait, the doctor said I was unfit because of something they found on my chest X-ray. They mentioned something about an abnormal chest and blunting in the right chest CP angle, and there's this white scar on the downside of my chest. I was told there's no medicine for it. What should I do to resolve this issue?

My 62-year-old mom has been dealing with pleural fluid buildup in her left lung for about 8 months now. We've done all sorts of tests, like bronchoscopy, pleural biopsy, ANA blot test, and checked for CEA and CA125 levels, and thankfully, both tuberculosis and malignancy have been ruled out. But now, the doctor has suggested Thoracoscopy. Can you explain what that is? Is it safe, and what should we expect from this procedure? She's a bit worried, and so am I. Any advice on how we should prepare or any questions we should ask her doctor about this?
