I'm really worried about my dad; he's tested positive for COVID and is having a tough time breathing. He's got an oxygen cylinder, and without it, he feels awful and almost passes out. He only seems okay when he's got the oxygen. What can we do to help him get better?

I've been dealing with a cough for the past month and my fever keeps hovering between 102 and 104. I just got my test results back: my Mentaux test is positive and my chest X-ray shows some bronchetactics changes in the left upper-mid zone. There's also been mention of bronchial wall thickening and nodular densities in the upper zone. The report says it could be an infectious or inflammatory issue. I'm really worriedis this something serious that needs immediate attention, or is it likely to improve on its own? Any advice on how to handle this would be really appreciated.

I'm just a little concerned after my recent visit to the panel physician. They did an X-ray and found a spot, then mentioned it might be linked to Tuberculosis. So, now I'm scheduled for a sputum test over the next three mornings. But here's the thingI've got none of the typical TB symptoms like coughing, breathing issues, or losing weight. I'm really curiouscan an X-ray actually show definite signs of TB, or is there a chance it's something else?
