I've been having some issues with my left lung and just got my x-ray results back. It shows there's some blunting at the bottom of my left lung. I'm a bit worried about what this might mean. Can you help me understand what's going on and what steps I should take next?

I've been noticing a hissing sound when I inhale, and honestly, it's been happening on and off for about 15 years now. Lately though, like for the last 6 months, it's been popping up way more, like every few days. It's especially noticeable in cooler weather or if I'm around dust, sneezing, laughing really hard, or even when I'm climbing up hills or stairs like to the third floor.
