I've been having some issues with my left lung and just got my x-ray results back. It shows there's some blunting at the bottom of my left lung. I'm a bit worried about what this might mean. Can you help me understand what's going on and what steps I should take next?

I've been having shortness of breath for about a week now, and it seems to be getting worse every day. I'm having some trouble when I talk, like I can't catch my breath, and my chest feels really stiff. It's making me feel weak and drained, and honestly, I just don't feel like talking because of it. What's going on? Is this something I should be worried about?
