I'm really worried about my dad. He's been having a heavy cough at night for almost three years now, about 34 months, and we've tried a bunch of tablets and syrups but nothing seems to work. Can you suggest any medicine that might actually help him get rid of the mucus?

View allI'm feeling a bit confused and worried because my Spo2 level is at 98, which seems fine, but my pulse rate is pretty high. When I saw a radiologist, they mentioned something about increased bronchovascular markings. I'm not showing any other symptoms, so I'm just wondering, is this something normal or should I be concerned?
since your vitals normal no need to worry

I'm really concerned about my husband's situation. He's 33 and has been dealing with pleural effusion TB. It's been about a month and a half since he started taking the ATS 9 medication, but his chest pain hasn't gotten any better. The current chest X-ray shows almost all the fluid is gone, which is good, but the chest pain hasn't changed since before he began the meds. Should I be worried that the pain is still there, or is there something else we should be doing?
take pantop 40g for 3 days if it doesn't resolve do and ECG AND CHEST X Ray then proceed fruther

I'm a bit worried because my test results showed high hemoglobin and PCV levels. I'm a regular smoker and recently I've been having issues with breathing, occasional chest pain, and a persistent cough. Can you help me understand what this might mean?
