My mom recently got over COVID and tested negative, but her CT scan shows around 64% of her lungs are affected. She's been doing breathing exercises online, but her oxygen levels dip when she goes for a walk. What should we do? I'm really worried.

View allI'm really worried because someone I know has been a COVID patient since April 8th. We retested after 17 days, and its still positive. The CT scan shows a CORADS6 and a severity score of 6 out of 25, with findings like patchy areas of ground glass, septal thickening, and vascular issues suggesting viral pneumonia. I'm not sure what steps to take next or which medicines should be considered. Can you help?

I've been smoke-free for 21 days now after having smoked for 6 years. I was having some breathing issues and getting out of breath, which pushed me to finally quit for good. I'm curious, how does my condition sound to you? And how long do you think it'll take for my lungs to heal?
