I'm worried about this lung nodule they found in my recent scan. If it's related to a tuberculosis infection or cancer, how much would it typically grow in just one month? And what does it mean if the nodule's size stays the same or even gets smaller after a month?

I also have a stuffy nose, my nasal turbinates seem enlarged, and I have post-nasal drip. I was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis earlier, but these symptoms don't seem to be going away. Is there a chance that this has turned into allergic asthma or maybe even bronchial asthma, even though I havent started coughing or felt any chest pressure?

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been a welder for years, and lately, he's been dealing with a cough and black phlegm for about two weeks now. I'm looking at my chest X-ray and I'm a bit anxious. Can you tell me if everything looks okay? How does it compare to what a normal X-ray should look like? I had COVID about 1.5 months ago and I'm just trying to make sure my recovery is on track.
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice
