I'm worried about this lung nodule they found in my recent scan. If it's related to a tuberculosis infection or cancer, how much would it typically grow in just one month? And what does it mean if the nodule's size stays the same or even gets smaller after a month?

I've been concerned about my chest x-ray results taken about six weeks after having COVID. One doctor mentioned that there's a slight infection and suggested taking azithromycin 600 mg for a week, but another doctor advised me that there's no infection.
