I've been dealing with a cough, cold, and throat infection for the past two weeks. I've already taken azithromycin 500, Montair LC, Omnacortil 10, and Joshina syrup, but I'm not seeing much improvement. Do you have any advice on what I should do next?

Waiting for test results can be anxiety-provoking.

Swollen lymph nodes can have various causes, ranging from benign to serious.

Common causes include infections, allergic reactions, or inflammation.

In many cases, swollen lymph nodes resolve on their own.

Try to manage your anxiety by:

  • Practicing relaxation techniques (deep breathing, meditation)
  • Staying occupied with daily activities
  • Avoiding excessive worry or speculation

Your GP will discuss the test results and provide guidance on the next steps.

I've been on TB medication for a month now and haven't noticed any side effects like vomiting or jaundice. Is it normal not to experience side effects with TB medications? Last year, when I had extrapulmonary lymph node TB, I experienced a lot of side effects and the treatment lasted over nine months. My pulmonologist confirmed it was cured, but now I've had upper abdomen pain for the last four months. An abdomen USG showed a mass lesion in the retro peritoneal region, and after a CT scan of my thorax and full abdomen, it showed collapsed lungs and abdominal adenopathy. I've started taking RHE FD tablets again, but I'm confused if it's really TB this time since I don't have any symptoms or side effects from the medication. Could it be something else? What do you suggest I do?

your body mght be adopted to those medicines, so you are not having any side efects

I'm feeling a bit worried because I've just finished 9 months of my anti-TB medication, but I'm still experiencing mild chest pain. My report mentions old healed Koch's infiltration and mild bronchitis. Should I be concerned about this pain, or is it something that happens sometimes?

The mild chest pain you're experiencing after completing 9 months of anti-TB medication is likely due to residual inflammation or scarring from the healed TB infection, and the mild bronchitis; however, it's essential to consult your doctor to rule out any other underlying conditions,
