I'm experiencing something strange with my left ear. Occasionally, it feels numb and there's this odd tingling sensation. Sometimes it even spreads to the left side of my face. What could this be? Should I be concerned?

View allI'm experiencing this odd sensation, like an earthquake, where it feels like my bed or something at the back of my head is moving back and forth when I'm trying to fall asleep. There's no nausea or headache, but I've been noticing this faint beep in my left ear for a while now. The sensation seems to worsen when I sleep for a longer time. I've been taking Vertin for 23 days, but it doesnt seem to be helping. Is this something I should be worried about? What steps should I take next?

My dad's been experiencing this weird numbness and needle-like sensation in the two fingers next to his thumb for a few days now. It's mainly in the tip. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?
This numbness and tingling sensation in the fingers could be due to a condition called Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I recommend using a wrist splint to keep the wrist in a neutral position, and taking over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen. Additionally, applying a topical pain relief cream containing diclofenac can help alleviate the symptoms. If the symptoms persist, I suggest consulting a doctor for further evaluation and management.
