I'm experiencing something strange where my head feels really hot, but my hands and legs are actually cold. What could be causing this? I'm just trying to understand why my body temperature would be different in those areas. It's kind of worrying me.

An increase in body temperature localized to the head, while hands and legs remain cold, can be caused by various factors, including stress or anxiety, hormonal fluctuations, dehydration, poor blood circulation, or underlying medical conditions such as hyperthyroidism, migraines, or multiple sclerosis

View allI've been dealing with a cold, fever, and a respiratory cough and the pharmacist suggested I take paracetamol and Novaclav 625, twice daily for two days. However, I've already taken it for three days now. I'm wondering, how many days is it safe or recommended to continue taking Novaclav 625?
Novaclav 625, a combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid, is typically prescribed for 5-7 days for respiratory infections, so taking it for only 3 days may not be sufficient to fully clear the infection,

I'm experiencing some swelling in my left chest, and it's a bit strange because sometimes it hurts when I touch or press it, but other times there's no pain at all. Should I be concerned about this, and what could possibly be causing it?
Left chest swelling and pain upon touch could be due to various reasons such as muscle strain, costochondritis, or even a minor injury. If there is no pain at times, it may indicate inflammation or a musculoskeletal issue rather than a serious medical condition. I recommend taking over-the-counter pain relief medication like ibuprofen (Advil) 400mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain and inflammation. Applying a cold compress to the area for 15-20 minutes a few times a day can also help reduce swelling and discomfort. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.

I've been having these evening fevers ranging from 99 to 99.8 for the past five days, and it usually happens between 6 and 10 at night. But then in the mornings, my temperature is back down to around 97 or 98. What could this mean?
yes you can take it no problem
