I'm really worried about my 17-year-old sister. She's had a fever for a week now, and the doctors said it's just a normal viral fever. But it's not getting better, so we got her CBC reports done, and it shows her WBC count is low. Why does the WBC count drop in viral infections? Could it be a sign of something more serious?
