I'm experiencing a sore throat, and sometimes I'm noticing mucus with a bit of blood coming from my mouth. Could you help me understand what's going on and what remedies I might try? I'm a bit concerned about it.

Blood in sputum during a sore throat can be due to ruptured blood vessels because of inflammation and congestion in the throat. It is harmless in minor quantities. If symptoms such as high fever or chills begin to develop with associated breathing difficultes, a more detailed examination may be warranted through an in person physician consult.

View allI've been dealing with pain when I turn my neck and this weird feeling like something's stuck in my throat. An X-ray showed an elongated styloid process on my right side. I've seen multiple ENT and ortho doctors, tried antibiotics, pain meds, anti-inflammatory gargles, and tablets but nothing's helped. What's the best way to treat this - surgery, physical therapy, or something else?
It's likely you're experiencing Eagle syndrome, a condition caused by an elongated styloid process, which can cause pain in the throat, neck, and face, along with a feeling of something being stuck in the throat. The best treatment depends on the severity of your symptoms and whether conservative measures have been tried

My nose bone is bent and causing sinus and head problems. Is there any way to straighten it without surgery? I really don't want to go under the knife if there's another option. What can I do to fix this?
Mild deviations with minor symptoms can try nasal strips, decongestants, or breathing exercises before opting for surgery.

I've been having ear discharge and I'm worried my eardrum might have a hole can this heal without surgery or do I need to see a doctor right away
A ruptured eardrum, or a tear in the eardrum, often heals on its own within a few weeks. However, if you're experiencing ear discharge, especially if it's bloody or purulent, or if you have persistent pain or hearing loss, it's important to see a doctor, even if the tear seems to be healing
