I've been dealing with a throat infection for the past 15 days and it's not getting any better. I've already taken a lot of antibiotics as the doctor prescribed, but it still hasn't cleared up. What should I do next? Could I be missing something important in my treatment?

In such cases, your doctor may consider prescribing a different class of antibiotics or other medications. You can try using lozenges containing Benzocaine or Dyclonine for symptomatic relief. Additionally, you can use over-the-counter pain relievers like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen for pain and inflammation. Gargling with warm salt water can also help soothe your throat. If the symptoms persist, please consult your doctor for further evaluation and management.

View allI'm dealing with a bit of a situation hereIve been getting a slight cough, and whenever I cough, there's this small gel-like droplet that's all sticky on my tongue. It's kind of weird. I dont have any fever or cold symptoms though. I've been doing saltwater gargles at home to try and ease it a bit. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?
take syrup ascoril for 5 days twice a day

I've been diagnosed with sinus issues and my doctor recommended an endoscope surgery. Will this procedure completely fix my problem, and are there any common side effects like facial swelling or other complications I should know about?

I've had an inflamed soft palate for nearly a month now, and Im 14 weeks pregnant. Ive had chest X-rays and a CT scan with contrast recently which makes me nervous. I struggle with health anxiety and worry it might be throat or esophagus cancer. The doctors think its probably just a bit irritated from reflux or post-nasal drip, and there are no swollen nodes or mouth ulcersjust some itching and no pain. Should I be worried about this, or would asking for a biopsy for peace of mind be too much?
your present complaint need local examination to give any opinion..I would recommend to follow your doctor's advice and stop worrying..
