I'm noticing a hard bump on the side of my nose, just about an inch below my eye. I initially tried to squeeze it thinking it was a pimple, but nothing came out, and then it disappeared for about an hour before returning. Now it's hard and I'm wondering if it could be an allergic reaction to the nose pads on my glasses since I do have sensitive skin and a history of allergies. Could this really be just an allergy or should I be worried about something else?

I've been dealing with dry sinusitis for a couple of months now and it's been really uncomfortable because there's no mucous forming at all in my nostril. I'm feeling some discomfort in my ear and chest, which has been going on for the past couple of days. The weird thing is, it only lasts for about 20 or 30 minutes, and then it just goes away like nothing happened. Should I be worried about this, or is it just some random thing that might sort itself out?

Usually there is no relation between those, visit ENT doctor for appropriate treatment.
