I'm noticing a hard bump on the side of my nose, just about an inch below my eye. I initially tried to squeeze it thinking it was a pimple, but nothing came out, and then it disappeared for about an hour before returning. Now it's hard and I'm wondering if it could be an allergic reaction to the nose pads on my glasses since I do have sensitive skin and a history of allergies. Could this really be just an allergy or should I be worried about something else?

I've had really bad nasal congestion worse on the right side for 2 years now and my CT scan showed polypoidal mucosal thickening in all my sinuses plus a mild S shaped nasal deviation. My ENT put me on Montek 10 mg and Flutiflo nasal spray but I'm not getting much relief. Tried Ayurveda too with no luck. I'm diabetic, hypertensive and hypothyroid on meds - really don't want surgery but need something that'll actually work. What's the best medical treatment option for me?
Chronic sinus congestion with polyps and deviation responds to intranasal steroids, antihistamines, balloon sinuplasty, and possible biologic therapy before surgery.

I recently started taking Mucolite SR for the sticky mucus at the back of my nose. I'm unsure whether it's better to take it in the morning before food or in the evening. Could you advise on the best time to take it? I'm really eager to know what would work best for my situation.
It can be taken at any time of the day as it is a sustained release and a long acting drug, take it your convince and stick to the same routine. You may notice increased secretions while taking mucolite to minimise it try taking Levo cetrizine before sleep to avoid irritation.
