I'm experiencing these red, rashy patches on my skin that are super itchy. I've been taking cetirizine, and it seems to help for a couple of days, but then the rashes and intense itching come back after 2-3 days. What could be causing this cycle? Is there something else I should be doing?

View allI'm 18 and feeling worried about my nipples. They're brown and seem cracked, and I'm scared the cracks might mean something's wrong or that they could fall off. I've never been pregnant or had kids, so I don't know if this is normal. Any idea what might be going on?
You may be experiencing a condition called nipple fissures, which can be caused by various factors such as dry skin, friction, or certain skin conditions. To help with the cracked and brown appearance of your nipples, you can try using a lanolin-based nipple cream like Lansinoh Lanolin Nipple Cream. Apply a small amount after showering and before bedtime to help moisturize and protect the skin.

I'm dealing with a ring-shaped rash on my lower body, like my legs and thighs. It's been there for years, maybe around 2025 days, and it's just spreading instead of healing. I've tried using Cream clofresh ot, but it hasn't helped at all. What would you recommend to stop it from spreading and finally get rid of it? I'm really worried about this.
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I've got this small pimple near my anus and it really hurts when I touch it. Could you help me figure out what I can do about it?
I recommend using an over-the-counter cream containing 2.5% hydrocortisone to reduce inflammation and pain. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area twice a day for up to a week. Additionally, you can take an over-the-counter pain reliever such as ibuprofen to help with the pain. If the pimple does not improve or if you experience any worsening symptoms, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation
