I'm experiencing these small cracks on the skin of my penis every few months, which makes it painful and difficult to get an erection or have sex. I've tried using Nizral and Nadoxin creams but haven't seen any improvement. Can you help me understand why this is happening and how I can prevent it?

View allI've had this flat black mole under my right armpit for a long time, and it hasn't really bothered me. But a few days ago, I noticed some soreness in that area and felt like my lymph nodes were swollen, which only lasted for two days. It happened right when I got my period, so I'm not sure if theyre related. Now, I've started to feel pain in the mole, especially when I touch it or stretch my arm. I haven't shaved my underarms in a while, so that could have caused some of the discomfort too. Should I be concerned about this?

I've been using a benzoyl peroxide face wash and applying deriva BPO and CMS gel as my night cream for over two weeks, but I haven't noticed any improvements. Is this normal? Should I be seeing results by now? I'm kind of worried if I'm doing something wrong. Any advice or suggestions?
The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks and pores left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated. Please call me or send your photos through online consult option for detailed prescription and diet advice.,,

I've been getting this weird swelling on my forehead lately. Sometimes it's on the left and other times on the right. It doesn't really hurt, but there's a bit of itching. It comes and goes within a few hours. Any idea what might be causing this?
The swelling on your forehead could be due to an allergic reaction, skin irritation, or even a mild form of hives. The itching without pain suggests it might be related to an environmental factor, like a change in weather, skincare products, or allergens. If it persists or worsens, it would be a good idea to check with a doctor for a proper diagnosis.
