I'm experiencing tingling sensations in my hands and feet, and I'm feeling weak. I'm also finding myself needing to go to the toilet 3 or 4 times a day, but it's not diarrhea. Could this be something serious? What should I do about these symptoms? Also, I've attached some files for you to take a look at.

I'm feeling really dizzy in the mornings, and it's been happening again. After waking up today, the dizziness just hit me out of nowhere and lasted all day. I actually experienced the same thing about four weeks ago, and that time it went on for three days straight. I just thought it was normal back then, but now it's back and kind of freaking me out. Could this be due to dehydration or maybe something with my blood pressure? I checked my BP and it was 120. What should I do about this?
That could be postural hypotension, visit your doctor for evaluation and management, try not to run are wakeup swift from your bed, take adequate rest and consume healthy diet.
