I'm worried because I've had this bump on my mons pubis for about six months now. It tends to swell and becomes painful, especially during my periods, but other times it's just there, like a little ball under the skin that I can feel when I touch it. I tried using a hot compress like my gynecologist suggested. While it helped with the swelling a bit, the bump still hasn't gone away.
