I'm experiencing what feels like a constant cold because of the rainy season, so I'm a bit worried about whether it's okay to get the Covishield vaccine while having a mild cold. Is it safe, or should I wait until I'm completely symptom-free? What would you recommend I do?

I recently got back from a rainy trip to Lonavala, and since then, I've been dealing with this stubborn cold and cough. I've tried taking a bunch of different medicines, but nothing seems to be helping. Could you suggest something that might actually work?

My grandmother has been getting a fever every evening, around 100 to 101 degrees, for the past five days. She feels fine in the morning but then suddenly starts feeling cold and the fever kicks in during the evening. We've been giving her Crocin each night, but we're not sure what else to do. Could you give us some advice on how to help her?
