I have multiple fibroids on the posterior wall of my uterus and my doctor suggested removing the uterus. I'm really worried about the results of my abdominal ultrasound. It says the uterus is bulky and anteverted, with an endometrium that's thickened to 11 mm. I'm not sure what that means for me. Also, while it mentions myometrial echoes are normal, I'm concerned about what that might imply. The report says my right ovary is 22x15 mm and the left is 18x16 mm, with normal echotexture for both, but I'm still anxious about these measurements. There's also a note about no free fluid in the cul-de-sac. Could you help me understand what all this means and if I should be worried?
