I'm feeling a bit anxious because I've been experiencing a heaviness in my head and pressure in my chest. I've already had some health check-ups, including blood tests like CBC, thyroid, lipid profile, and sugar levels, and they all came back normal. I've also undergone an ECG, stress test, 2D echo, and a CT scan of my brain, and those were normal too. I'm just not sure what to do next or if there's anything I should be worried about. Can you help figure out what might be going on?

I'm a bit worried about my health because I've been doing some hand practice and theres this 23-day interval between it. I'm really looking for some advice on how to completely stop this. Do you have any suggestions?
]To stop hand practice, try these suggestions: set realistic goals, identify triggers, practice relaxation techniques like meditation or deep breathing, engage in physical activities, seek support from friends, family, or a therapist, and consider implementing a 30-minute delay tactic when urges arise, allowing you to reassess and redirect your focus, and remember that overcoming this habit takes time, effort, and self-compassion
