I'm feeling a bit concerned about a swollen lymph node under my chin. It's tender to touch and has been swollen for about 45 days. This isn't the first time it's happened its come up once or twice a year in the same spot but eventually goes away. Im just really tired of dealing with it. I had a head cold about three weeks ago but other than that, I'm a healthy 27-year-old and take pretty good care of myself. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

Persistent urinary symptoms can be frustrating.
Test results:
- Normal sugar test: Rules out diabetes.
- Normal urine routine and culture: No signs of urinary tract infection (UTI).
- Normal abdominal ultrasound: No visible issues with kidneys, bladder, or urinary tract.
Current treatment:
- Pyridium 200: Relieves burning sensation.
- Citra soda and K cit syrup: Helps with urinary alkalization.
Possible causes:
- Interstitial cystitis (IC) : A chronic condition causing bladder pressure and urinary frequency.
- Overactive bladder (OAB) : A condition leading to frequent urination.
- Urethral stricture or narrowing: A possible cause of urinary frequency and burning sensation.
Next steps:
- Consult a urologist: Discuss your symptoms and test results with a urology specialist.
- Further testing: Your urologist may recommend additional tests, such as:
- Cystoscopy
- Urodynamic studies
- Imaging tests (e.g., CT scan)
- Alternative treatments: Your urologist may suggest alternative treatments, such as:
- Bladder training
- Pelvic floor exercises
- Medications for IC or OAB

View allI'm a bit confused about these medications. Is Pentids 400 mg the same as Erythromycin 250 mg in terms of their content? Should I be worried about taking either of them?
No, Pentids 400 mg contains Penicillin G Potassium, which is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections, while Erythromycin 250 mg contains Erythromycin, which is also an antibiotic but belongs to a different class. I've been recovering from COVID-19 for about 20 days now, and I've noticed some lingering symptoms like a low-grade fever for the past couple of days, body aches, and a stuffy nose. I'm concerned about these minor issues and I'm wondering what kind of medication or steps I should take to feel better. Any advice?

A stray cat scratched my hand, and I got a bit of bleeding from it. I cleaned it with Savlon and put on some antiseptic cream. I know that rabies can be spread through an animal's saliva, but is there any risk of getting rabies from this scratch? Do you think I should see a doctor about it?
