I'm feeling a bit concerned because every day around 6pm for the last month and a half, I've been getting dizzy. I don't have any other symptoms like body pains, but I feel weak and like I might have a fever, even though my temperature is normal. Plus, there's this burning sensation in my eyes. I'm really worried about my mom. She's got sciatica, and the pain was just unbearable this morning, so she went to see a doctor. He gave her Pregabalin and Mecobalamin capsules to take. I totally get that the doctor knows his stuff, but I'm just a bit concerned since she also has high blood pressure. Are these capsules safe for her to take? I'd really appreciate any advice or reassurance.
yes continue the medications ..

I'm having a really tough time with migraine for the past couple of days. Could you recommend any good tablets that might help with this?
For migraine relief, you can try taking Sumatriptan (brand name: Imitrex) as needed for migraine attacks. Additionally, you can also consider using Ibuprofen (brand name: Advil) 400-800mg for pain relief. Make sure to follow the recommended dosage instructions on the packaging.
