I'm feeling a bit concerned because I recently had a fever and cold, and even after recovering, I had some lingering symptoms like a headache and weakness. My blood test came back normal, but I'm puzzled about my urine test results. It shows that my pus cell count is 10-15 cellsHPF and epithelial cells are 2-3 cellsHPF, which seems higher than normal. All my other results are within the average range. Is this something I should be worried about? What steps should I take next? I've attached a screenshot of my test results for reference.

Based on your urine test results showing an elevated pus cell count, it indicates the presence of inflammation or infection in your urinary tract. To address this issue, you can take a course of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin. Additionally, it is important to increase your fluid intake to help flush out the infection. Make sure to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

View allMy DPTA scan showed my right kidney is mildly enlarged and hydronephrotic but has good cortical function and passive pelvic stasis without significant obstruction. Do I need surgery for this or can it be managed without an operation?
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.

I have multiple cysts on my testis, including three larger ones and many smaller ones. Is there any treatment option besides surgery? Also, how can I confirm if these are actually cysts or something else what tests would be needed for that?
Yes, there are some treatment options for multiple testicular cysts besides surgery, and several tests can help confirm the diagnosis. Initially, an ultrasound of the scrotum is a good first step. In some cases, aspiration (draining the fluid) or percutaneous sclerotherapy (killing the cyst cells with an injection) might be options. Surgical removal is usually reserved for larger cysts or those causing pain or other complications

I had a circumcision two weeks ago, and my wound is starting to heal with stitches coming off. But now, I'm feeling like my penis glans are super sensitive, and when they touch my pants, it's pretty uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do to reduce this sensitivity, or will it eventually go away on its own?
it takes 2 to 3 weeks
