I'm feeling a bit concerned because my family doctor suggested I get my chest X-ray PA report attested due to some weakness I've been experiencing. I'm a little anxious since I had a history of tuberculosis back in 2018. Could you help me understand if everything looks okay in this report?

I've had this whistling sound whenever I forcefully exhale from my lungs since childhood. I don't have any breathing difficulties, but it also happens when I laugh really hard. Is this something I should be worried about?

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with a dry cough for over two months now, and I've had breathing problems too. My head hurts a lot, and I've been vomiting.
