I'm really worried about my dad; he's been dealing with interstitial lung disease for the past couple of years, and I'm afraid it's in an advanced stage now. His latest HRCT report shows a superimposed infection. The doctor mentioned there's no medication to control this situation. Patient is advised seroflo rotahaler sos for breathing difficulty,tab prednisilone 10 mg for 7 days and 5 mg for 7 days , tab nintedanib in severe cases and syrup salbutamol 10 ml orally for 14 days , if symptoms persists pulmonologist opinion is advised to the pt.

I'm having trouble getting enough oxygen. I've got a cold and I'm coughing up a bit of phlegm, but there's not much of it and its brown. I've also got nodules on my lungs, and the largest one is around 5 cm. Does this sound like something I should be worried about?
