I'm feeling a bit unsure about how to properly use the Clindac A gel and Dervia CMS gel that my doctor recommended. Could you give me some guidance on the right way to apply them, like the order or if there's a specific routine to follow? To use Clindac A gel, you should first wash the affected area with a mild cleanser and pat it dry. Then, apply a thin layer of the gel to the affected skin once or twice daily, as directed by your doctor. Make sure to avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes. For Dervia CMS gel, you should also clean the affected area before application. Apply a small amount of the gel to the affected skin once daily, preferably in the evening. Gently massage it into the skin until it is absorbed. Both gels are for external use only.

I've been dealing with pretty bad hair loss for a while now. A couple of years back, I went to a dermatologist who suggested using Dr. Reddys Mintop 5 topical solution together with Finax 1 mg tablets for about two months, which worked really well initially. My hair loss went down, and I even saw some regrowth. But then from June 2014 until January 2017, I continued using Mintop. After that, I switched to ayurvedic and homeopathic remedies for about 45 months. Unfortunately, that seemed to make everything worse, as my hair started falling out again in clumps. I've been dealing with really bad jock itch every summer and monsoon for the past 5 years. It's super annoying, and on top of that, I've noticed that I'm also losing some pubic hair. I'm wondering if there's any connection between this hair loss and maybe a fungal infection or something? I'm already using clotrimazole to try and handle the itch. Could that be linked somehow?
In addition to clotrimazole, you can also try using Terbinafine cream (brand name Lamisil) twice a day for 2-4 weeks to treat the fungal infection effectively. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting clothing to prevent further irritation.
