I'm feeling a bit worried because I've had this prickly sensation in my throat whenever I swallow or breathe for the last few hours. It's making me really anxious. Could this be something serious, or is it just a minor irritation that will go away on its own?

I've got this pimple or bump on my uvula, and it's really painful when I eat or drink. I'm not sure whether this is something that'll go away on its own or if I should get it checked out. What do you think?
It sounds like you may have a small irritation or infection on your uvula, which can cause discomfort while swallowing. While it might resolve on its own, if the pain persists, worsens, or you notice other symptoms, it's a good idea to see a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
