I'm feeling a bit worried because I've noticed a few cervical lymph nodes. Earlier today, I experienced a sensation like an insect bite, and now it feels like a lymph node might have burst. Is it possible for a lymph node to actually burst? What could cause that to happen, and what symptoms should I be on the lookout for?

Drinking lemon water before a fasting test is generally not recommended. Here's why:
Fasting Test Requirements
Fasting tests, such as blood glucose or lipid profile tests, require you to abstain from food and drinks for a specified period, usually 8-12 hours.
Why Avoid Lemon Water?
- Caloric intake: Lemon water contains calories, which can break your fast and affect test results.
- Blood sugar fluctuations: Lemon water may cause a slight increase in blood sugar levels, which could impact test results, especially for blood glucose tests.
- Acidity: Lemon water's acidity might stimulate digestion and potentially affect test results.
What to Drink Instead?
If you're thirsty before a fasting test, you can drink:
- Plain water: Water is calorie-free and won't affect test results.
- Black coffee or tea: These beverages are calorie-free and won't break your fast.

I'm feeling pretty worried because I have a sore throat and just noticed some red bumps at the back of my mouth. I've had a sore throat plenty of times, but I never checked inside my mouth before, so Im not sure if these bumps are normal. Ive also got a cough and a bit of a stuffy nose. Does this sound like something I should be concerned about?
