I'm feeling a bit worried because for the past four days, I've been taking Monotrate 10mg and have noticed an irregular heartbeat. It seems to be getting better with the medication, but it's still there. Should I be concerned about this, or is it something that will resolve as I continue with the Monotrate? What should I do next?

I've been dealing with chest pain for the past three months that comes and goes, and it often spreads to my left shoulder, arm, and even my jaw. Sometimes I get dizzy too.
