I'm feeling a bit worried because when I take a deep breath, I feel this little pain in my right lung. It's not something I've experienced before, and I'm not sure what it could mean. Can you give me some insight?

I'm a non-smoker and had a case of tuberculosis back in 2015. For the last 1.8 years, I've been dealing with a buildup of phlegm, and I just found out my IgE level is 489 IUml. Could this mean I'm dealing with asthma, COPD, chronic bronchitis, or something else? I'm really worried about whether this could cause more damage to my lungs over time. What do you think?
do pulmonary function test, chest x ray

I'm experiencing some shortness of breath, but I don't have a fever or a persistent cough, although I do get some mucus when I do cough sometimes. I'm pretty worried about what's going on, and I'm wondering what a chest X-ray might reveal about my condition. Could you give me some advice or insights on what I should do next?
do chest xray and refer to physician
