I'm feeling pretty worried because I've been experiencing weakness, a mild fever, pain just below my ribs, loss of appetite, and dizziness. When I went to the doctor, they said I have typhoid and that the pain below my ribs is due to swelling in my spleen. They did a Widal test and a blood test. Lately, I've also started having pain in my left shoulder. I'm not sure if the medicine the doctor prescribed is meant to treat both the typhoid and the spleen issue. Should I consider consulting another doctor about this? The prescription says I should take Tab Pyroflox, Olgerd D, Dolo 650, and SunUp S.

I've been advised by one of the doctors to take a multivitamin called az Ns tablet every day after dinner, and a vitamin D tablet once a month. I'm just wondering, is this really beneficial for my health, or should I be considering a different multivitamin?

Yes, once daily, you can take for 3 months. Excess vitamin will be harmful.

I'm really worried because I've had a high fever with shivering for two days now. The fever keeps coming and going, but my feet are extremely cold. I've taken dolo 650 and norflox, but now I'm feeling nauseous since this morning. All I've eaten is some bread and milk. On top of that, I'm dealing with a cold and really bad body pain. What should I do?

You may be experiencing a viral infection. To help with your symptoms, I recommend taking Tab. Paracetamol 500mg for fever and body pain. You can take one tablet every 6 hours as needed. Additionally, for nausea, you can take Tab. Ondansetron 4mg. It can be taken twice a day to help with nausea. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention.
