I'm feeling really anxious about my upcoming inguinal scrotal surgery next week. I recently went to see a pulmonary specialist for some chest pain and heaviness, and they found severe restriction due to small airway obstruction during the spirometry test. The doctor mentioned it's normal, but I'm still worried. Can you help me understand if there's anything specific I should be doing or looking out for with these results before my surgery?

View allI've had kidney stones for over 20 years with 7 surgeries already. Now there's a 6mm stone at the VUJ and my doctor prescribed cifaxime 200, Uritin 04, and aquzide 12.5. Right now, I only feel sharpness in my penis and discomfort around that area no back pain or bleeding. Can a stone this size pass naturally or do I need to worry?
There are several factors which predict some passage. Size of stone, duration, inflammation etc. Need more information.
