I've recently been diagnosed with sarcoidosis and I'm feeling really worried about it. The doctors found mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy and both my Mtb genexpert and afb staining came back negative. I'm experiencing symptoms like weight loss, fever, a persistent cough, and these red spots on my legs. My doctor mentioned that there's no cure for sarcoidosis and I'm just really concerned about what this means for my future. Is there any hope for living a full life after a sarcoidosis diagnosis? What's the life expectancy like for someone in my situation?

I've been having this breathing problem where I get kind of wheezy when I walk for a while, and it seems to get worse in the winter. It's been going on for about a year now.
