I'm feeling really confused about this. One doctor suggested taking microdox lbx tablets for my pimples, which seem to help, but I've heard from other doctors that they might not be safe. What should I do?

I've been using Clindac A face wash for my grade 1 acne for almost 3 months now, but I'm still getting some breakouts. I'm supposed to finish this treatment by November 5th. Should I keep using it, or is it time to try something new? And if I should switch, do you have any recommendations for a good face wash that could help?

Since your acne situation has improved but you are still experiencing breakouts, it may be beneficial to switch to a different face wash. You can try using a face wash containing benzoyl peroxide, such as "Benzac AC Gel" in a suitable concentration for your skin type. It is effective in treating acne and preventing future breakouts.
