I'm feeling really short of breath when I walk, jog, lift weights, or even climb stairs. I'm getting tired quickly, even with little tasks, and it's frustrating because I'm usually pretty active. It's becoming quite concerning. What could be causing this, and how should I address it?

I've been struggling to breathe for a couple of months now. I've tried a bunch of medicines for my chest congestion and even saw an ENT specialist who got me on this nebulization thing.
