I'm feeling really uneasy and have this terrible vomiting sensation along with gas. I've tried taking pudin hara tablets and even vomited once, but the feeling hasn't gone away. I also took a pantop 40 for the gas, but I'm still not feeling any better. Since it's Dussehra, I'm not sure if I can find a doctor right now apart from emergency services. Could you please advise me on what I can do to actually vomit and maybe feel some relief?

View allI've been dealing with some breathing issues and chest tightness over the past couple of weeks, especially after eating. It's like I need to yawn just to feel like I get a full breath sometimes, and there's also a little bit of chest pain here and there. My thyroid's fine, and I've never had asthma. Two years ago, I had the same kind of problems and saw a doctor who thought it was anxiety and gastritis. He gave me antacids, and that cleared it up back then. Could this really just be the same thing happening again? Any advice would be great.
according to your symptoms its because of gastritis only, kindly take tablet pantoprazole once a day for 5 days

So, I've been dealing with jaundice for about a week now. My eyes are starting to look less yellow, which is a relief. But I'm still pretty unsure about what foods I should be sticking to or avoiding right now. I'm especially curious if it's okay to eat green chillies while I'm recovering. Could they cause any problems or side effects?
no it should be avoided during jaundice
