I'm feeling really worried because every time I cry, my lungs start to hurt and it gets hard to breathe. It's like there's no air around me and I have to go outside to catch my breath. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

View allI've been experiencing a lot of pain in my left chest, and it's making it a bit difficult for me to breathe. I already had an X-ray, but it came back clear, and a sputum test didn't show anything either. A chest specialist mentioned it could be muscular, but I'm worried because it's affecting my breathing and making me feel very tired. What could be causing this, and what should I do next?

I recently did a spirometry test and got FeV1 levels of 107. Is that normal or does it mean I might have a breathing issue? I'm also curious about what kind of breathing problems it could indicate. My oxygen saturation always seems to be around 98%, and after doing a 6-minute walking test, it stayed the same at 98% before and after. Could you help me understand what this might mean?
Normal

I'm dealing with allergic rhinitis and I've been using Foracort 200 puff for a couple of months now because of my shortness of breath. I've been doing 1 puff in the morning and another in the evening. I'm starting to feel better and don't have any breathing issues now. Can I cut back to just taking a puff in the morning? I've been checking my peak flow meter at home.
Yes,continue same treatment. As advised by the physician.
