I'm feeling really worried because I've been having a high fever with shivering for the past two days, but it seems to get better when I take Paracetamol. On top of that, I've got this bad cough and a runny nose. It's been really tough dealing with it all at once. Is this something I should be concerned about? What could be causing these symptoms?

I've been feeling pretty rough with a cold and flu, plus my nose won't stop running, and swallowing is really hard. I also have hay fever, so I'm kinda worried if that's making everything worse. Could this be something more than just a cold? What should I do to feel better?

I'm a bit confused about how I should take the Zeebee Albendazole 400mg tablet. My doctor didn't mention anything about it, but the pharmacist told me to chew it before eating, instead of swallowing it with water. Is that the correct way to take it?
