I'm feeling really worried because I've been having a high fever with shivering for the past two days, but it seems to get better when I take Paracetamol. On top of that, I've got this bad cough and a runny nose. It's been really tough dealing with it all at once. Is this something I should be concerned about? What could be causing these symptoms?

I'm a bit confused about how to take the medication my doctor prescribed because he was too busy to explain, and the chemist's advice was different. They said to take Defcort 6 mg and Veloz Torrent before food once daily, but the chemist mentioned taking them twice daily after food or with food. Also, what are the side effects of Defcort 6 mg? Can you help me out with this?

Take **Torkast FX** once daily at night after food. Take **Defcort 6 mg** and **Veloz** before food, once daily in the morning. **Defcort 6 mg** may cause side effects like increased appetite, mood changes, or stomach upset; follow the dosage strictly as prescribed for the best results.

I've been drinking plenty of water and even tried some home remedies, but they only seem to work for a bit before the hiccups come back. Can you help figure out what's causing this and suggest what I should do next?

I've been hearing a lot about using HCQ 200 MG as a way to boost immunity against Covid. I'm wondering if it's safe to take it twice a week for that purpose. Could this really help, and are there any risks I should be aware of? I'm curious because I've seen mixed opinions online and want to make sure it's a good idea before considering it.

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is not recommended for use as a preventive measure against Covid-19. It is important to follow guidelines from health authorities and consult with a healthcare professional for the most appropriate preventive measures.
