I've been hearing this continuous beep in my right ear since yesterday evening, and it just won't stop, not even for a second. I've been having this sinus problem that's got me worried. After I eat things like chocolates, milk products, or ice cream, I start coughing and bringing up sputum. It's like I catch a cold with chest congestion, but I don't actually have breathing issues otherwise. It's just when I consume these cold items that the coughing kicks in. Why am I experiencing these symptoms now when it wasn't a problem before?
