I'm feeling really worried because my neck feels heavy and I've got a cold. It feels like something's stuck in my throat, and it's super uncomfortable. Could this be something serious, or is it just part of having a cold? What should I do about it?

I've been having some trouble with my nose and noticed this yellowish thing inside, which I guess might be a polyp. I remember a doctor mentioning back in 2018 that I had polyps and might need surgery. But now, when I look in the mirror, I can really see it there, and it's tough to breathe through that nostril. When I try to inhale hard, it feels like something's vibrating near it. Do you think surgery is the only way to fix this, or is there a chance medication could help?

My 5-year-old has enlarged adenoids and keeps getting ear infections. The doctor mentioned surgery but I'm worried can medicines shrink adenoids or is surgery the only option? What are the risks if we delay surgery?

Mild to moderate adenoid issues might improve with nasal steroids and avoiding allergens. Persistent infections may require adenoidectomy.

I'm feeling some discomfort in my ear and chest, which has been going on for the past couple of days. The weird thing is, it only lasts for about 20 or 30 minutes, and then it just goes away like nothing happened. Should I be worried about this, or is it just some random thing that might sort itself out?

Usually there is no relation between those, visit ENT doctor for appropriate treatment.
