Hey, I need some advice. I had a sexual exposure a while back and I'm kind of freaking out. I've gotten tested multiple times for HIV and STDstwo months, five months, and ten months after exposure, using HIV duo combo, RNA PCR, and ECLIA testsall negative. But now, 14 months later, I've got these weird maculo papular rashes on my chest and shoulders that darkened and peeled off. Could this be related to HIV even after all those negative tests? I've been using clotrimazole twice a day for dry skin for around 3 weeks like my doctor said. It's only made the itchiness worse even though I was told it would clear up in 2 weeks. Should I keep using it, try something else, or stop completely?
